When Not to Expect a Refund

  • Renewals or upgrades will not be eligible for refunds.
  • You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it
  • Refunds will only be issued for the first purchases within the first 30 days.
  • You are asking for a feature that doesn’t exist on our demo site and/or in the PRO plugin(s).
  • We don’t offer any refund for any item that you buy/bought at a discounted price.
  • The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality. We request please check the demo before buy.
  • You simply change your mind
  • You bought an item by mistake
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
  • You assert your eligibility for a refund but fail to provide adequate refund justification.

Important Notice: Sharing licenses is strictly prohibited, and any such action will result in immediate deactivation of the license(s) and subscription.
